A modern, luxury detached self catering one bedroom apartment for two people situated in a quiet residential area of Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands. Only 2 minutes from the city centre with on street permit parking available.

Whether you find yourself in Inverness for a holiday, short-break or business trip, The Annexe offers high quality accommodation and the perfect base for your stay in the city. Our Annexe is fully non-smoking, with facilities including permit parking, free wi-fi, and Nespresso coffee machine. The city centre is just two minutes walk, where you can find the Tourist Information Office, Inverness Castle, the Museum, Eden Court Theatre and many popular restaurants and bars; Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness and many other sites are only a fifteen minute car journey away.

Our spacious, light and airy apartment is designed in contemporary style with comfort and relaxation in mind. The Annexe has underfloor heating throughout, with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a large flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a bluetooth media system, along with a selection of books and CDs for your enjoyment, and tourist information folders for your information.

The fully integrated kitchen has NEFF appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob. A Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of pods is available for your use. Within the utility room, a washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are provided. The comfortable bedroom, with stunning views towards Ben Wyvis, has a superking bed, ample storage, hairdryer and flat screen TV.

The shower-room has a large rain shower and modern fixtures and fittings. All bedding and towels, a selection of toiletries and cleaning products are provided. A welcome pack with some delicious snacks will be provided for you to enjoy. The Annexe has its own furnished patio and decking area with outside drying facility and views across the city and Moray Firth.

If you wish, the apartment can be serviced for an additional cost of £10 per service.

Inverness is easy to reach despite the remote nature of the Highlands. The Annexe is situated very close to the city centre within easy reach of train and bus stations. Related websites are National Rail, Scotrail, Citylink, and Stagecoach.

Inverness airport is a fifteen minute drive / taxi ride, and well served by Flybe and Easyjet.

Headline terms and Conditions

  • Cancellation policy: to confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night's rental will be charged on day of booking. The remaining balance, which is non-refundable, will be charged 21 days prior to the arrival date. If you do need to cancel your booking within this period, and if we are successful in re-letting the Annexe, we will refund your monies less the first night's rental.
  • We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any costs incurred.
  • Standard check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and no later than 10pm (22:00) unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
  • Check-out is by 10am (10:00).
  • The Annexe at Rauldon is a non-smoking establishment and one night's charge will be levied on any guests who smoke in any of the rooms.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of ten years.
  • Sorry - pets are not allowed at the Annexe
  • A fee of £50 will be charged to your card in the event of a Parking Permit being lost
